Health Guarantee All birds come with a 5-day restrict health guarantee. If the bird is not healthy, we will replace the bird or offer a full refund of the purchase price if we can prove that the bird was not healthy at the date of purchase. After a bird has left our house, the conditions are out of our control. There fore, we cannot offer bird guarantees after the 5-day time frame. Suppose your avian veterinarian examines health within the time frame allot and uncovers a health issue that is too expensive to treat or a problem that cannot be fixe and we cannot fix. In that case, we will exchange a bird of similar type or worth or even repurchase the bird. Veterinary Health Check:
Every African Grey Parrot is thoroughly examine by a certified avian veterinarian before leaving our facility. The health check ensures your bird is free from visible illnesses, parasites, or other health concerns.

Initial Health Certificate:
We provide a signed health certificate from the veterinarian, confirming your parrot’s excellent health at the time of purchase.

Disease Testing:
To minimize risks, we screen our parrots for common avian diseases such as Psittacosis, PBFD (Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease), and Avian Polyomavirus. Only birds with negative test results are approve for sale.

Vaccinations (if applicable):
Depending on the region and health regulations, our parrots may receive relevant vaccinations to protect against diseases.

Birds Health Guarantee

Your parrot is guarantee until it reaches 12 months of age against hereditary defects that result in severe impairment or need for authorization. In such cases your parrot will be replace with a parrot of equal value as soon as availability permits and as long as we exist. This parrot will be provide only after production of medical verification  of the hereditary. Defect or an autopsy report from a veterinarian and I will option of having my vet confirm defect. Shipping & handling & vet expenses will be the responsibility of the recipient/new owner.

Unless otherwise stat all babies come with a 72 hour health guarantee.  You are encourage to have the bird examined by avian veterinarian of your choice within 72 hours from the time of purchase to verify the good health of the bird.  If during this 72 hour period the bird is found to have a condition which affects its health or well-being as determin by the examining avian veterinarian upon verification of this condition to us and upon return of the bird to us.  We agree at our sole discretion, to either refund the entire purchase price to you or to supply you with another bird of the same species and age (as soon as one becomes available).  Birds does not assume any liability for veterinary expenses you may incur.

If the veterinarian discovers your new pet has a health problem or a genetic disorder that was present at the time of purchase and that will significantly reduce your pet’s life expectancy, we will gladly refund or exchange your pet subject to availability. Small Animal and Reptile 14 day health guarantee

Fish 7 day health guarantee

This health policy is design to cover the critical period of introduction for your new fish.

What do I do if I lose any of my new fish?
All freshwater fish are cover by a 7 day health policy. Just follow these simple steps:
• Return any fish that have perished in a sealed plastic bag or sealed container within 48 hours of dying
• Bring a ½ cup water sample from your aquarium in a separate container or bottle
• Bring in your water results for ph, Ammonia & Nitrite to cross reference with our results.
• Provide proof of purchase


We will test your aquarium water and if all levels are deem correct for the specific fish, a voucher will be issue for the full price of the fish. Vouchers are valid for 30 days from issue.

Bird 90 day health guarantee

A 90 day health guarantee is given with your new pet bird. This guarantee is void if your pet bird is not vet check by one of our approve veterinarians within the 72hrs of purchase (including weekends and public holidays). If the veterinarian discovers your new pet bird has a health problem or a genetic condition that was present at the time of purchase and that will significantly reduce the bird’s life expectancy, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price of the bird. We will require written confirmation from the avian veterinarian as to the animal’s problem or genetic disorder. Kellyville Pets is only liable for the original . Our pet birds are sold as pets only. This guarantee does not cover bird temperament or behavioural or psychological problems.

Health Guarantee Conditions:
1. Guarantee is limit to the purchase price of the pet.
2. Pet must be return to Kellyville Pets or contact made with Kellyville Pets in the event purchaser believes it to be unwell.
3. Kellyville Pets will offer either an exchange or refund if it is deem the pet was unwell at the time of purchase.
4. Kellyville Pets will not pay vet bills. All vet bills are the responsibility of whoever decides to take the animal to the vet.
5. The guarantee does not cover events, circumstances or environmental factors that occur after purchase that are out of the control of and/or not the fault of Kellyville Pets.
